Grill Features - Carbecue

Gas Grill

Most components of the gas grill are made of stainless steel. The power is 9,5 kW (2-pits) and 12 kW (3-pits), which can serve a group of about 20 people. With the connected gas-shortcut you can easily connect it to the gas cylinder. The system has a separate drip tray, so you can empty and clean it easily.

Charcoal Grill

Most components of the charcoal grill are made of stainless steel. There are 3 positions to set, to control the amount of heat.

Au Bain Marie

The Au Bain Marie kettle is suitable for keeping soups and sauces with meat warm with a capacity of 5 liters. On the Carbecue is a rotary knob to control the temperature control.

Hot Plate

The hotplate is suitable for keeping food warm in combination with a pan or plate. Completely made of stainless steel and on/off controlled with the remote control. The temperature can be controlled with the connected rotary knob.

Refrigerator

The refrigerator is suitable to keep drinks and food cool with a capacity of 55 liters. Switch on/off remotely with the remote control and can be opened with the stainless steel sliding door including temperature gauge. The temperature can be set with a knob in the refrigerator.

Gastronorm trays

The gastronorm trays are suitable for storing food with a capacity of ⅓ GN and ⅙ GN and are made entirely of stainless steel. Supplied with a transparent lid and spoon cutout.

Bluetooth music box

Switch on/off with the remote control. Bluetooth signal is automatically transmitted when switched on and can be connected to any device that has a bluetooth function.

Remote controller

With the remote control, the lighting and equipment can be switched and dimmed in the Carbecue. Timers for example lighting or the refrigerator can be set via the digital screen.

Toolbox

The Carbecue toolbox is an old-fashioned toolbox and consists of a 26-piece toolset, including a spatula, fork, knife, tongs, grill brush, brush, 10 long skewers and 10 small forks. The tools can be hung in the bonnet of every Carbecue.

Wine Cooler

The Wine Coolers are suitable for cooling bottles of wine or drinks and are made of stainless steel. One bottle can be placed in each container. The built-in freezing elements can be placed directly from the freezer into the cooler.
